Such students must simultaneously enroll in an adult secondary education program. Before graduation from the institute, students in ECPP must secure their high school diploma or GED.

    1. Military and Veteran: Active-duty military personnel and veterans can use the DD Form 214 Certificate of Release or Discharge from active duty as an alternative to verify high school graduation, provided it affirms their high school graduation or equivalent status.

The School Director holds the discretion to reject applicants who may not display the necessary abilities or character traits to successfully complete the program. Upon fulfilling all requirements, the institute will notify applicants about their acceptance status.
